A boy around the age of 17/18 recently arrives in a new area of the Uk. It is in the country and he has never been to the country before. He arrives at a new school in the hills which he is going to meet his new companions. He is a bit wary of the place, rather nervous, and his nervous ticks come into play. He arrives into school and signs in, but he feels like he’s being watched. He decided to walk into the drama room where people are getting prepared for a show. The boy(Jimmy) starts chatting to the 2 guys in the play. They are dressed in suits and have rabbit heads on. During the talk the boy has a few nervous ticks, and flashes of him walking around the local woods comes into mind, which confuse him. They guys go off to get changed for the play, which seems normal to him. Afterwards they come back and they take off the costumes, which to jimmy look like human, to reveal they are actually, naturally rabbit heads. He then faints.
Feedback
Feedback i got from students of around my age was that the story was very interesting with a unique twist. Looking at the animatic however they believe I should include more exposition to the central protagonist to create more of an emotional connection.
